Chat and Email Support Specialist with English / Polish / German / Italian
Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any issues via tickets and chat;
- Identify frequent bugs and problems;
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English/ French / German / Italian / Polish;
- Good command of English (B1-B2);
- Experience in any customer-related role would be a plus.
