Bilingual Coordinator with Azerbaijani& English
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients via chat, email, and phone;
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding a specific brand and provide them additional information in detail;
- Identify customer needs to deliver excellent customer service experience;
- Create, process, and follow-up on orders and purchases;
- Maintain and update the company database and ensure data integrity.

- Native level of Azerbaijani language;
- Fluent level of English language;
- Customer service experience is an advantage;
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems.
