Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients through email, phone, and chat to discuss the company's products;
- Build meaningful relationships by answering customers' questions in a friendly and professional manner;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Managing and updating the company's database.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1);
