Back Office Support with Italian/ Greek/ Polish or Czech and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
• Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
• Working closely with internal company departments;
• Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:‍

• Fluency in Italian/ Greek/ Polish or Czech (C1);
• Excellent level of English (B2);
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
• Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
