Back Office Specialist with Norwegian/ Finnish/ Danish/ Swedish and English Language (NEW COMPANY)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering high-quality support.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Educate customers on product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases as needed.
