For our partner, an international company, who is currently establishing their presence on the polish market, we are looking for a:
Back-office specialist with Hungarian/Czech/Greek (NEW COMPANY)
Main responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for users of the platform via chat and email
- Assist and resolve client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Guide clients through procedures and provide extensive product knowledge

Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of Hungarian, Czech or Greek (C1)
- Intermediate understanding of English (B2)
