Back Office Specialist with Croatian or Slovenian
Main responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for users of the platform via chat and email;
- Provide information about the services, promotions, and accounts;
- Assist with navigating around the website;
- Maintain the company's database.

Job requirements:
- Fluent in Croatian or Slovenian (C1 level);
- Working level of English (B2 level);
- Ability to work from an office in Sofia;
- Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
