Key Responsibilities

• Gather client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities through ongoing research and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while providing consultative guidance.
• Keep accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and organized documentation of client activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Native-level proficiency in the production language (C1-C2) for Polish.
• Good level of English (B2-C1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms/ certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site with a supportive and collaborative team environment.
