Administrative Specialist With Greek/German OR French And English
Our partner, a leading global company in the iGaming industry and new for the Bulgarian market, is currently seeking motivated specialists to join their dynamic, multilingual team for the following position.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Greek/German or French (C1);
- Excellent level of English (B2);
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia;
- Knowledge or experience in the online gambling industry will be considered as an advantage.
