Accounts Payable Team Lead with German

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide the daily operations of the team and conduct a quality check of their tasks
• Distribute the workload, monitor the AP open items, and support the timely payment execution
• Ensure compliance with policies, review AP reconciliations, and clarify discrepancies
• Works closely with the ERP team to develop and automate the AP process
• Manage the monthly and annual processes closing

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command in German (C1)
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
• 5+ years of accounting background
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience in AP processes and centralization strategy
