KYC Onboarding Specialist

Responsibnilities:

• Conducting onboarding reviews in line with current KYC and AML policies to ensure all regulatory requirements are fulfilled;
• Reviewing and analysing client documentation, ownership structures, business activities, and risk profiles;
• Identifying higher-risk clients, red flags, and potential compliance concerns, escalating complex cases where required;
• Analysing customer relationships, activity patterns, and transactional behaviour to ensure consistency with the client profile;
• Liaising with the Sales team to support a smooth and timely onboarding process;
• Resolve day-to-day issues arising during the CDD process and manage cases through to completion;
• Maintain accurate records and communicate task status clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers;

• Have a background in compliance, risk, banking, finance, or a related field;
• Have experience or strong interest in KYC, AML, CDD, or client onboarding processes;
• Are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Speak fluent Bulgarian (C2);
• Speak good English (B2/C1).
