Accounts Payable Specialist with Croatian

Main responsibilities:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
• Monthly statement and bank reconciliation;
• Booking of different types of invoices and expense reports in an ERP system;
• Payment run preparation;
• Responding to all supplier inquiries and discrepancies;
• Assist in month-end closing.

Job requirements:

• Fluent in Croatian and English language;
• Degree in Economics area;
• Proficiency with email and MS Office applications, primarily Excel;
