VIP Team Lead with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the performance of the VIP Account Managers team by understanding their markets;
• Guaranteeing that the targets are achieved by assessing the team's strengths and working on resolving the weaknesses;
• Establish a productive and professional relationship built on trust with the team members;
• Implement strategic plans to ensure individual growth of the team members within their roles;
• Monitoring absences, preparing schedules;
• Conducting weekly reports and regular 1:1s.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1);
• Working level of English (B2);
• Experience as a VIP Account Manager or Sales for iGaming company would be considered an advantage;
• Experience in team management would be considered an advantage.
