Main Responsibilities:‍

• Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients
• Assessing VIP client needs and recommending suitable solutions;
• Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;
• Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;
• Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies.

‍This would be the right role for you if you have:‍

• Excellent verbal and written German C1 Level);
• Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
• Previous sales or account management experience is a plus;
• Experience in the development of sales strategy;
• Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
