VIP Client Support with German and English
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support VIP Account Managers with client queries, account updates, and special requests.
- Respond to VIP inquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Maintain and organise VIP client database, tracking key milestones and preferences.
- Assist with VIP transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Help implement VIP promotions, bonuses, and exclusive offers.
- Flag unusual account activity to VIP Account Managers.

What we expect from you:
- Fluent proficiency in German and English (B2/C1 level);
- No previous experience needed;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Ability to handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
