Verification Specialist with German & English (fully remote)
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle brief incoming video calls;
- Assist new users in getting started on the platform;
- Ensure new users' documents adhere to account opening standards;
- Authenticate customer identities;
- Maintain adherence to established identity verification workflows and protocols.

Job requirements:
- Very good level in both English and German (B2);
