Tier 1 Technical Support with German & English

Main Responsibilities:

• The main focus of the role is providing general technical support to business clients via phone and email;
• Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
• Help business clients reach a resolution to their problems via email or phone.
