Our partner is a worldwide technology company that also develops business in Bulgaria. They are looking for a
IT Help Desk Assistant (Home Office)
to join their first team in Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;
- Perform level 1 Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;
- Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
- Resolve username and password problems;
- Assist with navigation around application menus.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Good English level (B1/B2 Level);
- Have technical knowledge, understanding, and passion for technologies;
- Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage.
