Our partner is a German mobile operator. As they continue to expand their team of representatives, we are looking for a:
Technical Support Associate with German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding technical issues they experience with the operator’s products or services;
- Coordinating and arranging on-site technical support when needed;
- Remote monitoring of power transmission and internet traffic;
- Advising clients on subscription renewals and guiding them through possible upgrades to improve their packages.

Main Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1);
- Previous experience in Customer or Technical Support (mandatory);
