Our partner is a German mobile operator. As they continue to expand their team of representatives, we are looking for a:

Technical Support Associate with German and English

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers regarding technical issues they experience with the operator’s products or services;
• Coordinating and arranging on-site technical support when needed;
• Remote monitoring of power transmission and internet traffic;
• Advising clients on subscription renewals and guiding them through possible upgrades to improve their packages.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1);
• Previous experience in Customer or Technical Support (mandatory);
• Strong technical and analytical skills;
