Team Leader with Serbian

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily activities of a team of call center associates, including monitoring attendance and performance in line with company policies and legal     standards;

• Providing regular performance coaching and feedback, with a minimum of weekly one-on-one sessions to support achievement of KPIs;
• Identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans, including taking disciplinary action when necessary.

• Acting as a subject matter expert by supporting the team in resolving complex or escalated customer issues;
• Leading team meetings to share important updates, encourage open communication, and coordinate team-building activities.

Job requirements:

• Fluent in both Serbian and English;

• Proven experience as a team leader or people management role;

• Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to coach and develop team members to reach performance targets;

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form;

• Skilled in leading teams through multitasking, setting priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
