Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team in the position:
Team Lead with Dutch and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of customer support agents;
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
- Discover training needs and provide coaching;
- Delegate tasks and set clear team goals, deadlines, and oversee the day-to-day operation;
- Prepare schedules and keep an eye on their implementation.

Job requirements:

- Experience as a Team Lead for at least 1 year;
