Team Lead with Dutch and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of customer support agents;
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
• Discover training needs and provide coaching;
• Delegate tasks and set clear team goals, deadlines, and oversee the day-to-day operation;
• Prepare schedules and keep an eye on their implementation.
