Shipment Execution Specialist with Polish

Main Responsibilities will be:

• Considering and planning the most effective route for freight;
• Organizing the transportation of freight between intermediate destinations;
• Tracking the movement of freight using software and satellite technology;
• Reporting  back to clients, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of goods;
• Deciding on the best way to package stock, taking into account factors such as weather, terrain and type of goods;
• Provide information and solutions in agreed time frames;
• Completes the purchasing process by developing relationships and coordinating with  different parties.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Very good level of Polish language;
• Good  level of English (B1-B2);
• Experience  in Supply Chain/Logistic is an advantage;
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and provide a timely resolution;
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
