Technical Support with German Entry Level (Fully Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;
• Perform level 1 Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, relted to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;
• Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
• Resolve username and password problems;
