Retention Agent with Arab / Swedish / Romanian / Portuguese
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with existing and potential clients over the phone;
- Negotiating and keeping a professional tone with prospective clients;
- Implement effective sales techniques to qualify customers’ needs;
- Ambition to meet the company's and personal targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Retention Agent is a must;
- Advanced level of Arab/ Swedish/ Romanian/ Portuguese (C1);
- Knowledge about Forex and Crypto;
- Strong communication skills and sales-driven personality.
