Remote Client Support Specialist with German and English (New Project)
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients at all levels via email;
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding the financial service;
- Guiding clients through procedures and providing extensive product knowledge;
- Establishing client trust and satisfaction through professional support.

- Very good verbal and written German (B2 - C1 Level);
