Our partner, a well-established international outsourcing company, is looking for a QA Specialist with Spanish to join their team and ensure high quality standards across customer interactions andoperational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls
- Review and assess written communication (emails, chats)
- Evaluate performance against KPIs, QA standards, and SLAs
- Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare QA reports and quality analyses
- Communicate effectively with internal teams in Spanish and English

Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO environment
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Monitoring
- Hands-on experience with call listening and evaluation
- Experience reviewing emails and written communication
- Fluent Spanish (C1 level)
- Working proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work fully office-based
