Our partner, a well-established international outsourcing company, is looking for a QA Specialist with Spanish to join their team and ensure high quality standards across customer interactions andoperational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls
  • Review and assess written communication (emails, chats)
  • Evaluate performance against KPIs, QA standards, and SLAs
  • Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare QA reports and quality analyses
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams in Spanish and English

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BPO environment
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with call listening and evaluation
  • Experience reviewing emails and written communication
  • Fluent Spanish (C1 level)
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work fully office-based
