Order Management Associate with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage customer orders in an ERP;
- Ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date;
- Act as the primary point of contact for business clients;
- Provide timely updates on order status;
- Resolve cases related to insurance policies, and handle queries related to products.
