Operations Assistant with German

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist with transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.

• Support VIP Account Managers with client queries, account updates, and special requests.
• Respond to inquiries via email, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Maintain and organize client database, tracking key milestones and preferences.
 
• Help implement promotions, bonuses, and exclusive offers.
• Flag unusual account activity.
