Non-voice Back office Representative with Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish

Main responsibilities:

• Interacting with clientsexclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
• Keeping players informed aboutnew requirements and upcoming bonuses;
• Working closely with internal company departments;
• Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish (C1);
• Excellent level of English (B2);
