Non-Voice Support Representative with Geman and English
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers through online chats and emails;
- Maintaining a prompt and caring attitude when assisting customers;
- Recognizing and fulfilling customer needs effectively.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (B2-C1 level);
