Our client is a world-wide well known outsourcing company who looking for a client assistant with German, for their office in Sofia, to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the software and development when it comes to licences;
- Respond to technical questions;
- Use the operational system to guide and resolve customer issues.

- Excellent verbal and written German and English (B2 -C1);
