NOC Support Specialist with Spanish

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line B2B and internal technical support by chat and email for Latin America
• Monitor and analyze the activity status of numerous systems and networks
• Participate in functional testing of software products and support the onboarding process
• Guide business clients regarding product specifications and features
• Prepare regular reports and analyses per line manager requests to track system performance

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command of Spanish (C1);
• Intermediate level of English (B2);
• Detail-oriented and able to work under short deadlines;
• Previous experience with customers would be considered an advantage;
• Ability to cover rotational schedule - including night shifts.
