For a new company, operating on the online gaming and sports betting field, we are looking for:
Junior Customer Engagement Specialist with English
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of personalized promotions and offers that keep players engaged
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to optimize communication and offers
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless player experience
- Assist with player segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
- Reporting and tracking CRM performance metrics

Main Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a CRM role

- Fluency in English
- Experience in an iGaming company would be an advantage
