We are looking for a dedicatedand motivated Team Leader to manage and support the team of dealers, ensuring that both current and newteam members are properly assessed and consistently meet the company’s highstandards..
What You WillBe Doing
- Report directly to the Studio Manager and work closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development.
- Ensure that all existing and newly hired staff are properly assessed, coordinated, and supported.
- Build an inspiring and motivating team environment while setting clear goals aligned with the company’s culture and KPIs.
- Guarantee that all regulatory and contractual standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Act as an ambassador of the company and maintain effective communication channels.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding high game standards.

KeyQualifications:
- Proactive attitude and ability to build positive and engaging relationships with team members.
- Active contribution to the company’s growth and success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent business communication in both English and Bulgarian.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gambling or Casino industry.
- Willingness to work on-site and in a shift-based system.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365.
