Human Resources Generalist with Portuguese

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing administrative procedures from employees' onboarding to their retirement;
• Maintaining up-to-date employee information in HR systems;
• Assisting with payroll processing, schedules, and employee benefits;
• Coordinating transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
• Actively participating in optimizing internal HR processes together with team leaders and managers.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command of Portuguese and English (C1);
• Proficiency in specialized HR software (SAP, ServiceNow etc);
• 2 years of experience as an HR Administrator or a similar role.
