HR Admin Specialist with German (HYBRID)
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee Hire-to-Retire procedures (hiring, onboarding, payroll data submission, etc.) ;
- Point of contact between HR Shared Service Center and business partners;
- Create, process, and manage essential HR documentation such as employment contracts, certificates, and personnel records;
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee information across HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PISA (ServiceNow), and Employee Central;
- Report to the Financial Department of the company.

Job requirements:
- Very good level of German (at least B2);
- Conversational level of English (B1-B2);
- HR experience with the German market is a must;
- Payroll knowledge will be a plus;
- SAP knowledge will be a strong advantage;
- Friendly and communicative personality.
