General Accounting Specialist (GL Focus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare,review, and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies and period-end closing schedules;
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, general ledgers, and bank statements;
- Assisting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings by preparing financial statements;
- Analyze financial data to support management reporting and decision-making;
- Assisting in the preparation of financial audit materials and coordinating with internal and external auditors;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory requirements;
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across general accounting functions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting, with strong emphasis on GLprocesses;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices;
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
