FinTech Customer Support with German and English
Main responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the platform and products of the company;
- Be the point of contact between customers and other departments within the company;
- Ensure the customer satisfaction by reporting emerged issues;
- Maintain and update the company`s system.

Job requirements:
- Previous experience in Forex/ Customer Support/ Finance industry is a must;
