FinTech Customer Support with German and English

Main responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries regarding the platform and products of the company;
• Be the point of contact between customers and other departments within the company;
• Ensure the customer satisfaction by reporting emerged issues;
• Maintain and update the company`s system.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in Forex/ Customer Support/ Finance industry is a must;
