Event Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Plan,organize, and manage all aspects of corporate events, including expos,conferences, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with the marketing,sales, product, and executive teams to define event goals, messaging, andsuccess metrics
• Manage event timelines and vendorrelationships to ensure quality execution within scope and cost parameters
• Oversee logistics, including venueselection, booth design, catering, staffing, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with designers and contentcreators to produce high-impact visuals and event-related collateral
• Ensure brand consistency andprofessionalism across all event touchpoints
• Track and analyze event performance,preparing post-event reports and recommendations
• Stay current on industry trends andcompetitors’ event strategies, proposing innovative ideas for improvement
• RepresentEGT Digital at select events, acting as an ambassador of the brand

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience inevent management, preferably within the tech, iGaming, or digital entertainmentsectors
• Excellent project management,organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal andcommunication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines
• Willingnessto travel internationally and work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
