E-Business Development Consultant with French (Fully Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email regarding online and in-store purchases.
• Assist with product information, sizing, and availability inquiries.
• Support customers with returns, refunds, warranty cases, and delivery time updates.
• Provide guidance on product features, including materials and waterproofing.
• Track orders and resolve customer concerns according to company policies.

Requirements:

• French at C1 proficiency;
• English at B2/C1 proficiency;
