Our partner is a German outsourcing company, specialized in providing customer solutions within the telecommunication, financial and technical field. With the expansion of their team and their new office location in Sofia, we are looking for:
Customer Support Team Lead with German and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the performance of customer support team for a telecommunications project;
- Tracking team's results and achieved KPIs;
- Providing feedback and recommendations to agents when resolving escalated cases;
- Monitoring absences, preparing schedules;
- Preparing reports and reporting directly to the project manager.

Main Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (C1);
