                 Customer Support Representative with German & English (New Project)

Main responsibilities:

Assisting the clients of the company in German via various channels;

Entering and processing customer's information in the company's system;

Advising the company's clients into upgrading their contracts for better conditions;

Job requirements:

Fluent level of German (C1);

Very good level of English (B2 Level);
