Main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries (by phone, email, and digital platforms) from citizens and care providers;
  • Maintain records and adhere to data protection and privacy policies;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and accurately;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
