Customer Support Representative with Dutch – Healthcare Sector
Main responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries (by phone, email, and digital platforms) from citizens and care providers;
- Maintain records and adhere to data protection and privacy policies;
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and accurately;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Job requirements:
