Customer Support Analyst with Norwegian /Danish/ Swedish and English (4/6/8) - Fintech project
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and online customer service inquiries;
- Provide guidance with questions encountered in money transfer transactions;
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and long-term solution;
- Provide empathetic and professional service with clients’ request using the required tools.
Requirements
- Fluent level of Norwegian, Danish, OR Swedish (B2-C1);
- Advanced level of English;
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
