Customer Service Representative with French/ German/ Dutch or Italian (New project)

‍

Main responsibilities:

‍

• Supports business partners by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone, chat and email;
• Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account and payment information;
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide technical problem resolution;
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
