Customer Care Specialist with Czech/ Slovak/ Slovenian, or Azerbaijani and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience;
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate customer information and support;
• Conducting research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in Czech/ Slovak/ Slovenian or Azerbaijani - both written and verbal - C1;
• Good level of English - B2;
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field;
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications);
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
