Customer Care Agent with Hebrew and English
Main responsibilities:
- Provide service at the highest company standards;
- Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;

- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew (C1) and working level of English (B2);
- Previous experience as a Customer Support Agent is a must;
