Client Request Specialist with German

Main Responsibilities:

• Resolving a variety of consumer queries by phone, chat and email;
• Providing the customers with advice and information regarding products and services;
• Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them;
• Working with internal systems.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Have excellent German (level C1);
• Have very good command English (at least level B1 - B2);
• Experience in the BPO field would be considered as an advantage;
• Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
