Client Request Specialist with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving a variety of consumer queries by phone, chat and email;
- Providing the customers with advice and information regarding products and services;
- Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them;
- Working with internal systems.

- Have excellent German (level C1);
- Have very good command English (at least level B1 - B2);
- Experience in the BPO field would be considered as an advantage;
