• Communication with clients over meetings and calls;

• Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to clients and partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced level of Turkish;
• Level of English – B2 ;
• Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Results-driven with strong communication skills;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
