Client Relations Agent with Turkish
DESCRIPTION
- Communication with clients over meetings and calls;
- Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
- Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to clients and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced level of Turkish;
- Level of English – B2 ;
- Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Results-driven with strong communication skills;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
