Back-office support with English and German

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to new and existing customers;
• Identify customer's needs and resolve product or service issues;
• Contribute to team efforts and meet company's targets;
• Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:

• English and German in B2 level;
• Experience in a client service role (not obligatory);
• Possibility to work from the office in Sofia (except those who are abroad).
