Back-office support with English and German
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to new and existing customers;
- Identify customer's needs and resolve product or service issues;
- Contribute to team efforts and meet company's targets;
- Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:
- English and German in B2 level;
- Experience in a client service role (not obligatory);
- Possibility to work from the office in Sofia (except those who are abroad).
